Signal Fest, a CBC Audio Drip Collaboration in Vancouver

Accordionist Jelena Milojevic performs a free concert at the downtown CBC Vancouver Broadcast Centre Sunday, March 6 at 7 p.m. The show is part of Signal Fest, a weekend-long series of contemporary music concerts, presented by CBC Radio 2 in collaboration with the Drip Audio record label and Capilano Performing Arts Theatre. In order to attend Milojevic’s show you must register on the guest list by today at noon. Register by email at RSVP.Radio@cbc.ca.

SignalFest Vancouver, a festival of contemporary music without borders presented by The Signal on CBC Radio 2 in partnership with the Drip Audiorecord label and Capilano Performing Arts Theatre takes place this weekend at the downtown CBC Vancouver Broadcast Centre March 4 through 6.

Suzie Vinnick - Butterflies and Sunflowers

I had the pleasure of seeing Suzie Vinnick perform at the Vancouver Folk Festival this summer.
Suzie has amazing stories to tell alongside her wonderful voice and guitar playing, a true Canadian treasure.
I also was lucky enough to catch her on CBC Canada Live as I was driving home one night.
Her Hornby Island Blues Odyssey concert was recorded by the lovely folks at CBC's Canada Live at the Sid Williams Theatre in Courtenay.
